Once your package arrives, our team will log it into our system and send you an email notification when it’s ready for pickup. After receiving your notification, simply stop by the office and a team member will retrieve your package for you.
For your protection, all residents are required to maintain an active renter’s insurance policy. You are free to choose your own provider, or for your convenience, you can opt into our community’s preferred plan through Stern for a low monthly cost.
